RETURNS POLICY

Sometimes things don't go to plan, whether it's us or you - our returns policy is detailed below:

Returns/Exchanges:

I want to return my item, what do I do?

Since each of our products is individually handcrafted, they will all differ somewhat from one another. Because the stones and pearls in our jewellery are natural, there may be a minor variation in colour. Before shipment, each item is thoroughly inspected.

Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund products.

All sale/clearance section and discounted sales are final and will not be eligible for return/exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn with original packaging). Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address/format of address.

After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by recipient.

Sizing issues.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

Returns process

If you would like to return your item, then please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of order. You must email
team@devoja.co.uk to notify us.

Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. It is then up to the discretion of the Devoja Jewels team to decide whether the product is approved for return.

Once we have received your e-mail and Devoja Jewels team has authorised the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will provide instructions to return the product. Please note, customer is responsible to pay for return postage.

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the correct product.

Kindly we can't be responsible for any lost or damaged return packages or liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
