Since each of our products is individually handcrafted, they will all differ somewhat from one another. Because the stones and pearls in our jewellery are natural, there may be a minor variation in colour. Before shipment, each item is thoroughly inspected.

Storage

Please avoid sun exposure and hard surfaces to the jewellery.

Please store your jewellery in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.

Always store jewellery pieces laying flat (not upright).

To avoid scratching, chipping, and tangles, store your jewellery in a cushioned box, or a box with its own compartment. Before storing flat, secure all chains and catches to prevent damage.

Handling

Please take care when putting on and taking off your jewellery.

Prevent the plating or enamelling on your jewellery from being damaged or scratched by placing it away from hard surfaces.

Always put on jewellery as the last step after getting ready as make-up, cosmetics, and perfumes can damage delicate objects.

Cleaning

Do not wear any jewellery when washing up or showering. Please avoid soap or water to clean your jewellery.

To clean your jewellery please use silver cleaning cloth without any water or soap.

Do not use liquid cleaners as this can take the polish off or enamel paint off the jewellery. The liquid can also leave residue over the stone.
